Written service terms
Any fee, payment schedule, cancellation right, and refund condition must be confirmed in a service agreement or invoice before payment.
Work already performed
Where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, completed consultations, document reviews, third-party charges, and work already delivered may be non-refundable.
Third-party payments
Institution, examination, courier, airline, accommodation, visa, or other third-party payments are governed by the relevant provider's terms and may not be refundable by FOGS Global.
How to request a review
Send the payment reference, service, reason, and relevant evidence to the confirmed accounts contact. Refund eligibility and processing timelines must be included in the final approved policy before launch.
